Mr. Assouline has over a decade of experience advising international wealthy families, institutions and family offices within Europe and the Middle East. Prior to founding ERA Capital Group, Mr. Assouline held various positions at world class financial institutions such as HSBC, Morgan Stanley and UBS, as well as Gottex Fund Management, a publicly-traded fund-of-fund with over $7 billion in assets under management. He leverages his professional experience in wealth management, investment advisory, and lending to connect investors with real estate opportunities that fits their needs and risk/reward profile.

Ethan’s global banking network, in-depth knowledge of the market and access to capital markets makes him a reliable guide to help investors achieve great financial execution on the acquisition and/or disposition of US real estate as well as a suitable partner to secure the ideal financial provider to complete the transaction.

Ethan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yeshiva University in New York with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Finance & Mathematics. He was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco and speaks four languages: English, French, Hebrew, and Arabic.
